I love how NotePlan balances simplicity with just the right amount of functionality. t’s equipped with the tools and features I need to keep my daily planning and scheduling in check without feeling overwhelmed. This makes NotePlan something I can rely on every day to stay organized and on top of things. Keep up the great work team!!

Esta app no entiendo como no tiene tanto contenido en Youtube. Me encanta que tiene todo lo que necesito en una sola app. No tengo nada de fricción. He probado Notion, Craft, Things 3 y tenía un reguero de notas, tareas y proyectos dispersas por muchas app y cuando encontré NotePlan fue amor a primera vista. Estoy ansiosa por ver que más funciones añaden en el futuro.

Wonderful Tool

This app is amazing. It is great for note taking, project management, task management, calendar management and so much more. It is quick and light, but robust enough for all my work.

The best task tracking and note taking app

I’ve used them all and this replaces Apple notes, reminders, Omnifocus, Things, todoist, notion, and anything else out there for me. I need tasks tracked across all notes. And searchable notes with cross links to keep things easy to find. Does it all.

Exactly what I was looking for

Went through all of the existing and well known project and productivity apps and was never able to get any to stick. Extremely thankful I finally found NotePlan as it was exactly what I was looking for from a notes and calendar manager. The app is incredibly well designed, the team deserves a ton of credit. You can tell it was built with the user (and likely themselves) at the top of their mind. Thank you NP team 🙏🏼🤙🏼

Great app! Has it all.

Note taking, project management, attaching notes, projects, with the ability to add due dates and reminders, makes this my favorite all in one app.

Truly exceptionally

Excellent application. Be sure to read through tutorials on their site, and videos on YouTube. The power of an app like this is only unleashed when you know how to go about using it. NotePlan has a lot of advanced yet simple to use functionality. Go for it.

NotePlan is the trifecta

The major advantage with NotePlan is the culmination of notes, calendar/events, and reminders…supercharged, integrated, and customized to my needs. I’m not boxed in to any particular design but can customize my experience. The devs are constantly improving the app and active sharing their progress online. A Windows app version is planned and the web platform available for non-Mac users.

Brilliant!

I’ve finally found a task manager (and so much more) that works how my mind works. That allows me to block things out in terms of days and weeks and see an overview of everything. None of the other (more popular) apps worked for me at all. I feel in control.

This app shows me one incredible feature after another

I don’t know how Eduard is accomplishing this, but the application he has built here and continues to update with astonishing regularity is putting competing apps from large companies to shame! I was excited when I first ran across it and saw some of what it could do… but now that I am using it and started watching some of many tutorial videos it feels like unwrapping one Christmas present after another. The many capabilities and integrations of this app are simply remarkable. I am very happy that I found this app — I don’t understand why it hasn’t been regularly included in the reviews and round-ups of note-taking and productivity apps by the major publications and app review sites?! So, if you haven’t figured it out by now, I definitely encourage you to download and try out this app if you have not already.
