It saves info about Vorteilscard and your passenger type, so it takes so much shorter time than booking online. Also really practical with the vorteilscard in the app when you show the ticket so you don’t have to remember the physical card.

The app is a joke, cant even accept a search for wien lufthaven. Need to write in full vien airport

Zum Beispiel habe ich eine registrierte Vorteilskarte als Senior. Habe später eine Vorteilskarte für meine Frau gekauft. Dabei hat die App die Geburtsdaten von mir übernommen und diese Daten kan man nicht mehr ändern, obwohl sie Falsch sind. Jetzt erscheint immer nur das Konto meiner Frau und meines ist weg. Was für ein Mist. Hoffentlich gibt es keine Probleme beim Reisen.

App is unreliable, we wanted to buy 3 tickets, including bicycles. There is limited seat availability on the train due to covid, so obb decided to cut also spaces available on the train for bikes. This means that the train is almost empty and has sufficient space for bikes in reality, but if you try to book a ticket, there is no availability. Staff at the station is useless and does not have any additional access for booking tickets compared to any regular user. And they don’t speak other languages than german. We managed to lose 1 day trying to figure out how to travel.

I Ford this app and the webside very hard to use. Suddenly i had only paid for the upgrade and not the Tickets ... had to pay 150 euro on the train for a ticket that was adverticed at 6 euro and i Even paid 30 euro to upgrade it... best ting is to buy at tve trainstation and not use the app or web.

Suddenly, the motrail train( booking mc), was out of the menu. Have to go back to my PC ..

A terrible login and payment solution. One could expect more then thig in 2018! I understand that cach is king in OBB.

Finds rechts ärgerlich, das es ständig beim best preis hängen bleibt! Das die Familie Card nur gleiche preise immer hat! Zahlt dich absolut nicht aus.! Die App braucht dringend ein Update!
