It’s fascinating to book the tickets immediately. However, app is not stable all the time. It crashes down constantly once I reach the basket to make a payment. Eventually, the train started moving and I got a new amazing warning: “The train has already departed”. And I could never book a ticket. I chose the web option to book. But the website auto-directed me to the malfunctioning app. Then, I had to delete the app and booked my ticket finally via the website.
The app works great but whenever I try to proceed with a payment the app automatically closes and doesn’t allow the user to buy any tickets. Everything else is great, good job!
I change my phone and I loose all my tickets.
No se que más decir, la aplicación es bastante confusa, a veces si me salen los tickets a veces no. Compre un ticket por l aplicación para primera clase, como me dio error tuve que comprar otro en la estación, la chica también me lo dio mal, entonces he comprado dos tickets, el precio los mismo que ir en avión solo que tarda el doble.
