The ÖBB App comes with the following features:
• Tickets for trains, buses, the metro and trams: book your ÖBB tickets & get exclusive online specials such as the Sparschiene Österreich discount fares. You can also book the city tickets and weekly or monthly tickets of Austrian regional transport operators
• Pay your fares on the go with SimplyGo! The handy add-on for the ÖBB App automatically identifies the routes you travelled and calculates the matching public transport fare for your complete journey
• Secure your favourite seat on the Railjet: use the graphic seat reservation
• Find the best fare: see the ÖBB train services sorted by lowest fare first
• ÖBB Account: conveniently and securely store your personal data and means of payment, save your favourite routes, and receive additional exclusive offers (e.g. the Vorteilscard 66 discount card)

We are continuously working on the app to enrich it with new features and improve the usability.

Fehlende Kontaktmöglichkeiten

Mir fehlen die Kontaktmöglichkeiten bspw für eine Rückmeldung zu einer Reise. Ich sehe hier nur einen Link für die Reiseplanung. Auch die Rückforderung bei Zugsverspätungen fehlt mir.

Das schlechteste vom schlechte

Könnt ihr endlich mal richtige Programmierer anstellen, seit jahren ist das die größte schrottapp, testen ist offenbar fremdwort… hab grad versucht vorteilscard zu verlängern, geld wurde abgebucht, aber app stürzte mit fehler ab und keine vorteilscard

Neues Layout = unübersichtlich

Seit dem neuen Layout ist alles sehr unübersichtlich. Die ÖBB möchten wohl lieber, dass sie keine neuen Kund*innen gewinnen. Nur weil etwas neu ist, ist es nicht automatisch brauchbar.

Bedienung

Wenn man ein paar zugsverbindungen vergleichen will, ist hin und wieder die „zurück-tast“ nicht mehr da. Dann muss man wieder auf den home bildschirm. Sehr langsame app.

Bitte mit SBB kooperieren

Bitte SBB App auch für ÖBB einsetzen und dafür die SBB App mit dem Zugradar ausstatten. Ausserdem stimmen die Trassen ausserhalb von Österreich nicht im Zugradar.

Neue Tickets überschreiben alte

Ich habe ein Zug Ticket gehabt welches durch ein City Ticket überschrieben wurde. Das Zug Ticket war dann nirgends mehr zu finden. Musste am Bahnhof am Schalter mein Ticket mithilfe der Buchungsnummer ausdrucken lassen.

Einfach SBB App kopieren

War schafft es die ÖBB einfach nicht eine funktionierende und intuitive Digitale Infrastruktur zu entwickeln. Kopiert doch ein paar Funktionen der SBB App, die soooooo viel besser ist. Danke

Es war eine der besten ÖV Apps ...

... jetzt ist es nur noch ein unübersichtlicher Browser :(
