The ÖBB App comes with the following features:
• Tickets for trains, buses, the metro and trams: book your ÖBB tickets & get exclusive online specials such as the Sparschiene Österreich discount fares. You can also book the city tickets and weekly or monthly tickets of Austrian regional transport operators
• Pay your fares on the go with SimplyGo! The handy add-on for the ÖBB App automatically identifies the routes you travelled and calculates the matching public transport fare for your complete journey
• Secure your favourite seat on the Railjet: use the graphic seat reservation
• Find the best fare: see the ÖBB train services sorted by lowest fare first
• ÖBB Account: conveniently and securely store your personal data and means of payment, save your favourite routes, and receive additional exclusive offers (e.g. the Vorteilscard 66 discount card)

Really bad

Can’t sell you tickets for their own trains like Nightjet but will happily recommend less convenient and more expensive German ICE trains. Why even bother making such a poor app? Avoid.

Slow, poor UX and lacking features

Can’t export invoices, don’t always get them, continuously has to reload stuff, is slow when loading. Very much like the early 2000s version of other European train companies

Live Tracking is a lie

This app is a joke. The live tracking isn’t live at all!! Following a nightjet showed the train in Arnhem when it was still actually in Dusseldorf!

Alter App war deutlicher

Alter App war besser App ist schrecklich alter app war viel besser meine ganze Geschichte (reisen aus der Vergangenheit ) verloren und im IPhone lässt der App sich nicht ausschalten kann mich 20 mal abmelden er tut es nicht

Its worst app i ever used, no info for the passengers on how to request a refund, mentioned number is not working, buggy, disgusting

Very bad app

On the app you couldn’t find wich rail you must be on for the train. And where the train was going. thats why we missed the train because we searched too long on the station. Because it wasn’t showed on the app.

Bad service and infected Corona

Went back and forth by train. It was very bad: - It was ice cold (I travelled in december). This was just mentioned ‘heater not working’, no compensation. In The middle of the night the room got bloody warm though. Not healthy. - we asked for extra blanket. He didn’t bring so after 30 minutes I had to find him and ask again. - break fast with missing elements like fork knife and spoon. The way back was even worse: - they put me in a room with 2 guys while ALL the coupés were empty. He was snorring all night and last but not least I got infected here by corona! The ventilation is very bad. The only good thing: telephone service; they take up the phone.

Makes me sad

I couldn't find the actual departure times.

Not working anymore

After last update not working anymore ... Keeps crashing Shame because I loved it
