The ÖBB App comes with the following features:
• Tickets for trains, buses, the metro and trams: book your ÖBB tickets & get exclusive online specials such as the Sparschiene Österreich discount fares. You can also book the city tickets and weekly or monthly tickets of Austrian regional transport operators
• Pay your fares on the go with SimplyGo! The handy add-on for the ÖBB App automatically identifies the routes you travelled and calculates the matching public transport fare for your complete journey
• Secure your favourite seat on the Railjet: use the graphic seat reservation
• Find the best fare: see the ÖBB train services sorted by lowest fare first
• ÖBB Account: conveniently and securely store your personal data and means of payment, save your favourite routes, and receive additional exclusive offers (e.g. the Vorteilscard 66 discount card)
We are continuously working on the app to enrich it with new features and improve the usability.

Amazingly bad
You may wanna have this to pay for your ticket but for finding your route I recommend you use Google maps instead. Have fun😂

The app works most of the time but sometimes when you try to select your payment method the apps closes down by it self.

Stell dir vor, du willst deine Reise in den Sommerurlaub buchen und bei der Auswahl der Bezahlmethode crasht die App….
Gelungene App!
Ich habe die App zum ersten Mal für eine Reise verwendet (ich und eine Mitfahrerin), und muss sagen, dass ich sehr beeindruckt bin. Sehr einfache Bedienung, tolle Zusatzservices (Ticket & restl. Fahrtzeit, Zeit am Umsteigebahnhof, etc.), schönes Design.. Bravo!
Smidigare än hemsidan
Betydligt smidigare att boka genom den här appen än genom hemsidan. Den är dessutom på engelska, till skillnad från hemsidan som är på tyska; och biljetterna sparas i appen.
