Far from perfect
• The ring doesn’t detect my naps 🤷🏽♀️ • Taking into consideration the price of the ring, price of the monthly subscription isn’t acceptable • In order to change payment info I have to contact support and, eventually, unsubscribe first 🤯
Subscription is too expensive!
The price for ring is big, and you must buy overpriced subscription to use it!
Can’t setup new ring
I can’t setup new ring gen3, in current version I have “Connecting…” loop. In Bluetooth devices list I have connected ring but app can’t to connect to the ring gen3
Pure love
One of the best experiences that I had in health and wellness tech. Both the app and the device are totally awesome.

Long sleep disruption
I can see only one half of sleep if I was awake more than one hour
Multiple sessions
I can’t find records more than one sleep session. Break till the day and complete night session for example - I see only night session.
