Finaly becoming a fit mommy
I am so grateful for the existence of this app. it really changed my life. I am a mother of two young children (6 months and 4 years). Before I had children, sports always came first. I found it difficult to pick up sports again after having my two children. I especially found it difficult to find the time and inspiration. but since I joined Ownu I have finally found a rhythm with fitness again, both at home and in the gym. it saves time, you don't have to think about the exercise yourself, it motivates you to persevere and the videos are super clear. price quality really fantastic! you get a lot for not really that much money. thank you to the entire team behind Ownu!
Great fitness app
This fitness app is really my go to application when I enter the gym. The app has different guides so you can choose which one fits your goal. They also have recipes available to create a whole healthy lifestyle. The three coaches are great and I can ask them questions on Instagram when I have difficulties with some exercises to which they respond.
Great app for advanced or beginners
This app has it al, a starter level for beginners. For those who just need the extra help in the fitness and for advanced trainers. For those who like an extra challenge. Also the recipes are great for those who like great food within there macros 💪
Awesome fitnesscoach
This application has helped me gaining confidence in the gym. When I entered the gym I never knew really what exercise I should do to train a certain muscle group. I have followed Hannah since a long time already and used her guides before this app existed. In this app however you have ALL the guides possible the Hannah and Johanna. Not only do you have guides to workout you also have tons of recipes to start a better lifestyle. I surely recommend this app to everyone who wants to take their first steps in the gym or even real gymrats who need more inspiration.

I have been doing some guides from Hanna before using the app.
But the app is a game changer!
There are so many guides to choose from to achieve your goals.
I’m now doing the HITT Summer Bootcamp. It’s so easy to use and gives me the motivation to actually go for it and push my limits.
I also love the nutrition part. You have so many vegan options and the recipes are amazing and so easy!
Definitely will continue the membership, as I feel like Im a part of a community that motivates me to get where I want to be!
Amazing workouts, easy to use
I had been doing hanna’s guide before and loved them. Now with the app it’s so easy to follow a program and it’s nice that all her programs are on there.
The workouts are great, leavinh me sore almost every time and there’s a good variety of movements as well. Plus different kind of guides, for different goals.
Haven’t used the food part yet but the recipes look amazing!
