I love the OwnU app. As a previous powerlifter, I still wanted structure to my workouts without hurting the bank paying for a coach. This app is easily accessible, practical, can be personalized to your needs (gym and diet) and is most importantly affordable. I look forward to using it everyday.

This is my first time writing review for any fitness app. Like many others I have had my share of experience in fitness apps. But for some reason , since I came across this fitness app , I kinda started to have a sense of accountability and wanting to go to gym. After using this I think I have more knowledge about the workouts and equipments ( not just going to gym and doing the machines with not knowing if I am doing is right or wrong) . Though, I do not follow any particular program but I do follow workouts that I feel like doing that particularly feel like doing that particular day in the gym. I usually go for fully body workout or upper body focused , with cardio. I am still at the initial phase of my fitness journey. I really like clarity of exercise that is included specially involving gym equipments and this has been game changer for me. I really feel like going to gym this past 2 weeks and doing and knowing what machine I can use that would help me. At the same time, I can switch to dumbbells exercise if the machines are occupied . But this app had helped get very comfortable and more confident with gym equipment. I just want to say that if you could add more full body workout ( with upper body/ lower body focussed ) , it will just add more options to choose from . Also under the abs section if you could include few workouts only involving gym equipment, it would be awesome . There are lot of gym equipment I came across focusing on abs. And I am looking forward to it. And also one thing that I like is that it’s not over crowded with hundreds of options as I feel like that confuses women like me. Looking forward to more workout involving gym equipments. 😊🫶😊

I love these plan options- I don’t have to think about my workouts anymore. The app is fabulous.
