Didn’t get any proper answers regarding my money was on hold for nearly a month

It delays your work, withholds money for no reason and puts you in problems with the client, there is no adequate support available, it can only be relied upon for payment, receiving money is very risky with PayPal.

Despite their outrageous transfer fee, I still used their services for 12 years. I never complained even once. Even when all my friends warned me and moved to Wise and Payoneer, I still stayed and supported Paypal, until two weeks ago when they first limited my account saying my documents were not updated which it was already years ago and my account was already verified. So much unnecessary stress they gave me. The customer service called and apologized saying they will lift the restriction soon. This went on for weeks until one day I received an email saying they are permanently limiting my account for no reason. My funds frozen for 180 days. The customer care have no idea themselves as to what is going on. Each staff member gives different advice and then apologize. I just have to accept the decision since they have the right to do as they please. I told them if you wanted to freeze my funds to show better quarterly profits than that's fine, but try not to make up absurd excuses without providing proof. Show me any activity where there was any reason to limit my account let alone permanently limit my account. So I had to remove my Paypal email as payment from so many sites and now opened a Wise account and things have been great, and today I receive an email and a message saying my Paypal account has been partially lifted. How incompetent is this company? They ban me permenently and then behave like they're doing me a favor now by partially lifting my ban. About 18 friends of mine closed their account and moved to Wise after I told them what happened because Paypal has a reputation for withholding funds and limiting accounts for absurd reasons where they refuse to provide proof. I was told later by many of my staff and colleagues that this is a common practise with them and that's why they all moved to Wise. I've never been treated in this manner in my life and realized the risk of working with companies like Paypal.

We been using paypal to transfer some money for family allowance but for some unexpected circumstances the refund is it supposed to be just 5 days but it taking so long it been its been said my money is been refunded but still my bank in qatar cannot recieved in my account.. my husband contacted them few times but they cannot resolve the issues my money still in hold because of PayPal system which we cannot comprehend

I never had any difficulties or issues in receiving and bank transfer to my bank account. Keep up the good work PayPal 👍

I never had an issue, always payments are smooth

I payed to the property through PayPal, the charge rate is very high, they hold the money and the property kept asking me to release it but I couldn’t do it through the website nor the application as it is so complicated and no direct contact with them… at the end property refunded the money and till now didn’t receive it& I am afraid from loss the reservation and time of receiving the money? !!

At some moment stoped working.
