切出去看二次驗證碼時，PayPal 會瘋狂轉圈 無法使用

一直卡在登入請稍等 換成電腦馬上就能登入

之前在遊戲上用此功能消費過一次，沒下載app,也會被這app盜刷真的很厲害

如題，我多次使用手機嘗試登入，每一次他都說我帳號或密碼有資訊輸入錯誤，但我每一次使用忘記密碼重設密碼之後還是無法登入。 嘗試了3次4次還間隔半年一年以上，很誇張。

無法提領 整個困擾很久了欸 都不能改善嗎⋯⋯

個資保護非常有問題，帳號一直被盜刷，改了換帳號內餘額被盜，真是莫名其妙

Been years lookin for the answer for this issue, how can you dont have another method to sign in and force us to use our lost old phone number to get the code. Please hire better developer to improve your app. Even google and apple has many options to sign in if one of our identity have been forgotten or lost. Please make it simple and secure, very unnecessary to contact your service number just to ask to change my phone number. I knew my email and password, and all my information.
