Money debuted from account during trial period

The app seems pretty good . As usual I thought I would try out the app for 3 days with the trial period . 2 days before the trial period ended I cancelled the subscription . My money was still debited from the account . Please help

Useless app

Waste of time, do not download.

Mention no feature is usable unless subscribed.

Mention on your app description that no feature is usable rather wasting people time putting payy on their face.

Worst plant identifier app

Shows incorrect plant name and has limited details . Every time i scan different plant it shows same snow ball cactus.I scanned my bald head and it showed some plant name. Dont waste time on this app instead try plantin app .

Don’t ever download this app!

This app has been unnecessarily charging a hefty amount of money to me even after I have deleted it. I have been typing endless requests to apple for not charging me this amount as this is illegal too. I have tried ending my subscription but nevertheless it has no good results, this I rate this app a 0/10. Please beware this ripoff app and don’t make this mistake.

Good app destroyed by money mongering!

It’s a decent app, but I hate the way they are asking to upgrade. Every second interaction brings up the buy/upgrade app pop-up! Such a bummer!

The only thing I don’t like about it

Is that it keeps giving lots of ads about paying money for the full experience… The app also sometimes identifies the plant wrong.. Otherwise it’s a good app👍🏻w

Fake app scam to earn money

Inaccurate plant identification . You can do jr for free in Google apps. Diagnosis is same for every plant and then again 800rs per consultation with so called experts which I m sure would be useless

Scam ( Deduct payment and still not offering services)

I paid the amount but its not giving the services about when a disease is identified you need to again pay 890 for the consultation with the botanist. And not getting any way how to stop the payment subscription in the app or even see how much i have got deducted. #pathetic
