i cant deny that this is an amazing app one thing is getting on my nerves: i need to spend money. i know there is a free trial but its just for 2days. anyways its superb

Idk🙂
idk injust started٫ but i really like it yet. We usually kill plants cause we cqnt keep them alive. So we downloaded the app. I think in my oppinion٫ it gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
Bad communication
Unable to contact them. They took my money before the 72hour free trial was done. I’m really angry, and I wish they contact me to speak about it
Deceptive
It does offer a 3-day free trial, but you need to cancel one day before the charging period starts or you will get charged. This wasn’t mentioned when I signed up, or if it was, it was not easy to see. I find this practice extremely bad, and by the way it backfires. To the developers: please change your practice, be upfront about when customers need to cancel.
Price is expensive
The price is very expensive!!!

Horrible service
It was saying i get a 3 day free trial and then took off money after two days. Misleading, and kind if stealing. If you say 3 days, thats not 2. I’d request a refund, but sure they dont care. Terrible, terrible way to treat possible clients.

False advertising, there is no such feature as identify plant diseases, avoid this
