Jeg har prøvet flere gange. Det er ikke lykkedes at få svar på hvad det er for planter og hvad man skal gøre ved dem
It’s a useless app
“most likely” is it favorite word, can’t recognize the plant and charges extra for expert help
Synes det er lidt falsk
Har lige “købt” denne. Alt her står på dansk, men når man først har betalt og vil bruge den står alt i appen på engelsk. Det ser ikke ud til at den laves på dansk.
De hæver 50 kroner hver 7 dag
Jeg tog en gratis prøve periode. Nu er det så gået over til et fast abonnement hvor de hæver penge hver 7 dag. Abonnementet kan jeg så ikke finde nogen steder, og jeg kan ikke logge ind og afmelde. Så download aldrig denne app!!!!!!
Har fået mail om at de returnerer mine indbetalinger
Har fået svar på mail om de returnerer mine indbetalinger- det er god service🙌 Jeg downloadede app og sagde ja til prøveperiode. Fandt samme dag ud af at jeg ikke kunne bruge app og gik ind for at opsige, men der var ikke noget abonnement under Apple id og tænke jeg så ikke havde sagt ja til abonnement. Nu er jeg blevet trukket 3x 48kr og gik straks ind og skrev til deres support og fik standard svar om hvordan jeg skulle opsige via Apple id eller Google. Jeg har ingen abonnementer hos Plantum men alligevel hæver de penge…. Nu har jeg spæret kort da jeg ikke ellers ved hvad jeg skal gøre når jeg ikke har noget abonnement jeg kan afmelde.
