Do not I repeat do not subscribe. I used the free trial and cancelled before the trial ended. I have been changed $6.99 a week x 5 since and I’m unable to claim it back. No response from Plantum and they are still taking money out of my account. Please help anyone
I just bought this app for the diagnosis for my plants. But when you take the pics for that they show just a list of diseases that you are not sure which one it is because it’s not the same plant. I hope I get a refund. I just downloaded 10 min ago and I want my refund.
Literally downloaded the app yesterday and did the free trial, then I cancelled the subscription but €54 was still taken out of my account? Apps don’t usually take money till the free trail ends, please send me my money back!
I installed it because it was showing as ‘GET’ meaning not paid. As soon as you installed it asks to pay! It is a set up in a scam-my way.
I downloaded this app a few days ago was very pleased with it. When it popped up first about renewing my subscription I clicked on not now. I didn’t get a notification since to ask or inform me of the renewal and woke up this morning with -€64.99. Was not pleased at all as I live on my own and have to pay for bills. Tried to contact apple etc filled out a report form and said I can’t get a refund. Please can you help.
Followed watering instructions, fertilizing instructions, and still killed my plant. Over watering, under watering cycles, over fertilizing, only using the amount I was told to use for both and still killed my plant. Don’t use this app. What makes it even worse is the premium I paid for that told me to do all this.

I have downloaded this app a couple years ago. Had a weekly subscription as I needed it for a couple weeks. They have charging my account weekly about 7-8 dollars since then while I try to cancel my subscription. They do not have an option to cancel the subscription on the app. I had contacted them numerous times over the years to cancel my subscription and they have ignored my request and kept charging my card.
Tried to identify small grapefruit tree few times. Got completely different response, including holly. None were correct.
