Failed to identify all my 3 dogs and cat
I was so disappointed by this app, the way their ad was so different from the actual app. I have a german shepherd pure. The app didnt even mention german shepherd, they gave suggestions totally different (like great dane, syberian husky). Total scam, dont bother subscribing
Killed my Chinese banyon
Followed watering instructions, fertilizing instructions, and still killed my plant. Over watering, under watering cycles, over fertilizing, only using the amount I was told to use for both and still killed my plant. Don’t use this app. What makes it even worse is the premium I paid for that told me to do all this.

This is a scam. Stay away
I have downloaded this app a couple years ago. Had a weekly subscription as I needed it for a couple weeks. They have charging my account weekly about 7-8 dollars since then while I try to cancel my subscription. They do not have an option to cancel the subscription on the app. I had contacted them numerous times over the years to cancel my subscription and they have ignored my request and kept charging my card.
Plant identifier accuracy is poor
Tried to identify small grapefruit tree few times. Got completely different response, including holly. None were correct.

It’s so much fun to know for myself what plants are what. And it was so fun to use this app with my grandsons!
Incorrect identification
I took 5 pictures of my Astilbe. Close, far, different views, every time it is identified as Swedish Ivy. And each time it tells me the plant is healthy. It’s turning brown & has spider webs. So I moved on to another troubled plant, that is getting woody, leggy, dropping its leaves. Identification was correct, but it said, “congratulations, your plant is healthy!” An obviously dying plant?!! It has other false identifications as well. I’m sorry I paid for this app. I don’t recommend it to anyone. The update didn’t help your app. I’d like a refund.
