Be careful!

I downloaded the app for a free trial period and for my surprise, I was charged up the subscription a second time one week later. I tried to do a report but nobody has been in contact with me.

Waste of money

It recognises half of the plants you check, also the instructions if a plant is sick so you help your plant are vague. A total waste of money if you ask me.

the first day it was ok but then it did not analyze my photo and let me believe that my plants were strange!But I think it is an usefull app!!!

Around 60 euro per year is not a problem to pay per year but the app sucks Pure scum app , waste of tume and money People must be carefull and pay apps that really worth it

Can’t use anymore

Disappointing. I can’t even use the free version anymore because it keeps prompting me to go premium and not analyzing my photo.

Killed my Chinese banyon

Followed watering instructions, fertilizing instructions, and still killed my plant. Over watering, under watering cycles, over fertilizing, only using the amount I was told to use for both and still killed my plant. Don’t use this app. What makes it even worse is the premium I paid for that told me to do all this.

This is a scam. Stay away

I have downloaded this app a couple years ago. Had a weekly subscription as I needed it for a couple weeks. They have charging my account weekly about 7-8 dollars since then while I try to cancel my subscription. They do not have an option to cancel the subscription on the app. I had contacted them numerous times over the years to cancel my subscription and they have ignored my request and kept charging my card.

Plant identifier accuracy is poor

Tried to identify small grapefruit tree few times. Got completely different response, including holly. None were correct.
