PLEASE FIX APP!
Please fix your app I have had issues with it for over a year I’m never able to pay through it it either glitches or says it’s went through but then there’s no order history. It is so glitchy very slow and I always have to go to the website to finish an order so what is the point of the app especially when it’s promoted to use over the site… just a girl who loves PLT frustrated everytime
PLT steals your money
Ordered off this site a month ago, my package never made it to me, I contacted customer service and they only refunded me the cost of my clothes but didn’t refund me the shipping cost ($20) . You would think they are considered to operate to a high standard but apparently not. Order from here if you want crappy material, see through, very bad quality clothing, oh and also order from here if you’d like to pay extra for shipping and then not receive your package! ~ Australia 🇦🇺

DO NOT ORDER FROM PLT IN AUSTRALIA
PLT use CourierPlease who are an incompetent courier. My package was delivered to the wrong address and PLT refused to help me even with written evidence from CourierPlease stating they delivered it to the wrong address. The customer service from PLT was horrendous, they did not care and refused to give me a refund. I would give caution to anyone that wants to buy from PLT

Unacceptable I order a long sleeve hand and the package came with short hands !!!! Never ordering from you guys again
Horrible app
Genuinely such a horrible app. I mean they’re advertising hundreds of clothes yet anytime you’re scrolling & get to a point the page loads more items it just starts showing me the same clothing over & over. Ultimately only being able to look at about 40 or so pieces before it starts showing me the same things.
Not letting me checkout
I have updated my app, re start my phone. Try on data and wifi but every time I try to log out it says error
Disappointing
I really love the products but the app doesn’t let me add new things to my cart or remove any and it doesn’t save favorites either.
