Wrong billing amount and overcharged custom duty☹️
had to pay more tax on the 4 order because of the wrong bill amount printed on the package. I paid 55£ for my order but my printed bill says 170£,150£!,165£ And 145£.So customs charged me 54%of the billed amount.9000, 6000, 8000 and 6000 rupees.This is a lot of money for me. It’s really frustrating. This is happening repeatedly. All my complaints are still not resolved , nobody returns your emails extremely unprofessional. I’ve written to your customer care and even sent scanned bill copies, I haven’t heard anything regarding this matter. It’s so unfair that I have to bear the brunt for no mistake of mine.I’ve been your regular customer ordering from overseas. Kindly look into it and I would like a refund. Please don’t order from this APP.
