Poor customer service!!!

Poor customer service I have ordered from them many times and lately they make mistakes all the time. The last time I ordered they forgot to include a top this time they included the wrong top and I made them aware that I wanted the correct one delivered as it was a set and I paid for it!! I just didn't get a reply when writing multiple times. I have written the same email 5 times and they just don't reply! I will never order from them again! Unreliable

the PLT app is so so buggy idk why but it takes so much time to load

Deuxième fois de suite que mes colis n’arrivent pas dans les temps après la confirmation de leur arrivée. On est certes en période pandémique, mais essayez de prévoir des délais plus longs dès le départ (pour être surpris quand on les reçoit en avance comme au début) que de ne toujours rien recevoir 3-4 jours après le délai de réception de la commande. Très déçue.
