For some reason, their system can't verify my e mail address and mobile number. Because if this, I'm having difficulties returning my order and their sizes are too small. I ordered medium sizes but it seems to a size small. EU shoe size 40 feels like 38. Never ordering again!
If you live in the Netherlands, you have to click on ‘uk and the rest of the world’, if you do this you should be able to order and pay. After a while i wasn’t able to order anymore tho, so i started ordering from the website instead of the app and used paypal on there to pay, this works fine too.
I love the clothes but I can't buy anything. I live in the Netherlands and when I signed in I could choose the Netherlands as country. But then you need too change country cause I have to pay with euros en than I can only choose France or Ireland.
When i try to make a account i have to select a country, im from the netherlands so i click that and i have to put my phone number but it keeps saying “uk +44” so when i put my (dutch) phone number it says its not valid..

if you can't select your country in the app, just shop on the site. I've ordered multiple times and ordered via their website (payed with PayPal) and it worked just fine.
Funnily enough you can only select other countries but this also includes the UK. Unfortunately this means that you are only able to see the pound sterling prices, which makes absolutely no sense. Please update…
I orderded pants from PLT and I wore them ones an i got red bumps all over my leg and stomach, which is weird because I’m not allergic to anything and never had this happend to me with other pants. I heard from people that PLT has bugs in their clothes. That’s disgusting I hope they fix it because their clothes are so pretty.
i life in the netherlands and i only can choose us and canada... i hope you can change that cuz i really wanna order some clothes from PLT.
When i want to select my country its not there I live in the netherlands and i only see The US and Canada
