I have tried to book a limousine in London but have not been able to complete the form. It won't accept my Canadian phone number. I'm very frustrated
My account never updates properly. Every time I go to a lounge to use this thing I get held up and embarrassed in front of everyone in line behind me. Not worth it. At all.
I hold several priority passes through different credit cards. I put all my pass on my Apple Wallet. It’s so tedious to fumble which pass to use depending on the nature of my trip (as I use specific card whether for business or pleasure). It would be nice if Priority Pass app would put a label on each pass whether from app or Apple Wallet from which credit card and company where I obtained to pass from (i.e., indicate if the Pass came from Amex Platinum, Amex Platinum for Business, Amex Gold card, etc…) Until this very useful feature is added, 4 stars for now.
This app is not convenient

Very unreliable. I’ve had my passport infinite Visa for 5years now and never had issues with old the old app. With this app I can’t sign up and keep on showing i am not eligible. Called the bank and they confirmed i am eligible. No proper customer support. Even the bank has no contact information about this 3rd party app. Very disappointed.
I am trying to update my new priority pass and it’s not happening, system is not allowing me to put new info
