I’m a, not impressed at how difficult it was to renew my membership when my Amex card expired A call from Australia to hong kong was futile A call to the uk was of no help Amex took 10 day before they could resolve it. 2 stars for your effeciency

Leaving London Heathrow terminal 2. 10 minute delays on entering the lounge. Reception quite rude. A choice of food was Indian based or salad. No bread or rolls. Bin was empty and service person was annoyed that I asked. Most staff were either talking to each other or wandering around on their mobile phones. I went to the bar and the only bartender was watching the soccer and I had to interrupt. He was extremely rude. No USB charging stations working in our seats. In summary I’d suggest they remove the term of ‘Premium’. Probably the worst lounge I’ve ever been in If I could give zero stars would be too many

Refusing priority pass members but allowing people to pay full price for access. They need to be taken off priority pass immediately.

With the amount of information threat actors will have access to if they sneak pass one line of defence (our password) I’m surprised there is no 2FA or biometric layer on top of password for this app.

Description and photo for plaza premium lounge (international departures) is not up to date. It’s currently a cafe style salad bar.

The lounge is not a lounge its gross. Dirty with limited refreshments and I was charged anyway even though I was entitled to access.
