No Pre-booked option
The FAQ mentioned there is a Pre-book option to pre-book a lounge. i tried the suggested logout and login, reinstalled the apps still can't see this option. Tried login from PC browser to their website also don't have such option. Does it exist or just a false claim in under FAQ?
Retrieval of information
My card in my eWallet expired and there is no way to retrieve the new one via app or email.
Unable to login or reset password
Each time there’s an update I will have issues logging in. This time, I cannot even request to reset my password nor log in. Practically inaccessible & had sent numerous emails to Priority Pass team. However no response. This happened a year ago also when I had issues with apps. Priority pass don’t bother to response at all! Has my account been deleted by you guys?
Apple Wallet
I cant add the pass to my apple wallet despite updating the app.
Still the same error.
Lounges never open. Closed at busy hours.
Been a few times now, neither of the listed lounges are open when you are there. Whenever there is an outbound flight, lounges should be open, regardless of numbers. That’s the priority/premium/ privilege we paid for. The service is lacking big time.
Today my flight at 1445h, it’s closed. Both lounges. Neither opens, they should alternate their hours to maximise passenger throughput.
Another time, no toilet paper in the cubicle.
Pathetic.
Yet another time, I was denied entry, cos they were understaffed. He grudgingly let me through with no service provided.

I have done the App thru Maybank Singapore but it just does not work and not much support from the Bank or PP for that fact too …. Why can’t they allow the use of the good old card method as an acceptable since its valid for another 2 years
Very good experience with priority Pass
The diverse lounge across the global is very good which is catering to various preferences, offering amenities like Wi-Fi, refreshments, and comfortable seating. The convenience of having access to these lounges, especially during layovers or delays, adds substantial value to the” Priority Pass enhances the travel experience significantly with its extensive lounge access worldwide.

Never a time I had a smooth entry using this crap app. Always a problem at different lounges in the world.

User aware , charges
As PP link up with different banks , PP able to charges any time , without your consent or awareness of it. They have the card details with them and you have agree to let them charge you whenever they want when you register on the app with your credit card. This is totally not rightful but we could not do anything , so be aware: I will try my best to avoid this app or anything related to Priority Pass, not honest Company.
