Great card that offers a great service to the frequent flyer

Unprofessional service

Receptionists are very unprofessional. If there’s other choices, we will never use this lounge anymore, ever!

Very Rude front desk

The front desk speak Chinese very fast. We try to understand but she act and speak like we are idiots. We’d like all of them to IMPROVE the manner to take care of the guests. Since we pay for it, not begging for free service.

Digital membership and other information lost

Due to the digital membership needs to present within the App and show on the website, I have no visibility to see any from both. It seems the developer still not notice that the information is lost. You are better to fix it for all the users

Very hard to log in

I still can’t … having like 4 cards to my name But I tried all and none can log In !! Who knows which card is tied to which card and I kinda try one with all the last 4 digits of my payment card which I assume is credit card But none works

Very good and relaxing

I am happy when I walk in the relaxing and convenient surroundings.
