Receptionists are very unprofessional. If there’s other choices, we will never use this lounge anymore, ever!
Very Rude front desk
The front desk speak Chinese very fast. We try to understand but she act and speak like we are idiots. We’d like all of them to IMPROVE the manner to take care of the guests. Since we pay for it, not begging for free service.
