Overpromise/underdeliver

Only limited presence at major US airports sand even then it is a 50/50 call to get admitted. Just got turned down in the KLM lounge in Houston (by a very unfriendly host). Better availability in Europe, Asia and Africa. Mixed bag in Caribbean. The lounge in Nassau is not available to US bound travelers, it’s located in the “wrong terminal”.

The options for lounges is less and less at SEA

So frustratingly bad

redbyte on

United States

You search for your airport and then get presented with a bunch of terminals (can't see a list of all supported lounges). Click in to a terminal and you often just see "Try our refreshments" which you learn after awhile is translation "There no supported lounges in that terminal". If you go to the map you get ALL lounges with no indication of which are supported by your pass? It's not that hard guys! Just give us a map of supported lounges. Tell us in English when none are available. So frustratingly bad.

Unclean Bathroom

SG1+ on

United States

Yodel lounge at CDG has only one bathroom that is very dirty toilet and has water leaking, when I asked the front deck staff, she said that they have no housekeeping overnight and she can not clean the toilets in their absence! If you have the lounge open. You should have at least one staff member to clean the bathroom

Number of lounges has dramatically shrunk

The Drab Bard on

United States

Over the years, we have counted to on Priority Pass to enjoy lounges when we travel. Unfortunately, it is now typical that there are no lounges available, in the terminal or in the airport.

No room

SAFinVA on

United States

The lounges at IAD were so crowded on Dec. we could not get into one and were lucky to find a seat at the other. Many people were turned away.
