Not been able to login
Hello , I have been emailed that you were not been able to charge me for my last lounge visit. Ever since I have been trying to create an account , login , forgot details etc. but I couldn’t succeed. Today I called UK help line and informed the lady about my issue , unfortunate before I get any reply she hung up. I don’t know what to do , I want to get the payment done.
