Priority Pass™ Reviews

keep taking nearly 60 flights in a year, most of the places there lounges are fully crowded and no entry or need to wait 15-20 minutes, really not happy

Some lounges are poor

Riley2bits on

Ireland

I have used lounges on this pass in Ireland, Uk and various European spots and also use lounges in the USA (although not on Priority Pass). Very often the lounges are what I would generously describe as poor quality with poor catering. Priority Pass needs better QC on its lounges

First time using my new card , in LHR T2. Online directed me to plaza lounge only to be told that it no longer accepts PP? Not good enough

Lounge Access

I purchased Priority Pass in March and all the lounges that I have tried to access have been closed. Dublin, New York JFK, Miami and now Lisbon. Very dissatisfied with the purchase so far.

Very good app.

The Priorty Pass app works very well and is very easy to use. If you travel a lot it is a must have app.

My wife went to Air France Lounge they said they are full but had lot of space, they were allowing Air France Passengers. My wife was really upset after she told she is going to complain then they allowed her inside
