Pulse for Booking.com partners

The app on its own is fine. But when I need it most it just decides to say unable load data even with wifi and mobile data. I can’t check when guest are about to arrive and which room I am supposed to chrck them in to.

Very bad at handling scams and frauds. The support for the hosts is 0. Overall design very bad and app is very laggy.

As a Booking host, I need to express my deep disappointment with how things are handled regarding fraud protection. The fraudsters continuously make bookings for one person, for seven days, and the first message they send is always asking to be contacted on WhatsApp and to provide a mobile number. The number they use is from Ukraine or Russia. What’s even more frustrating is that I can’t cancel their reservation, leaving it blocked on my calendar for an entire week, preventing other guests from booking. Despite my complaints—I've had around 10 so far—I’ve been waiting for customer support to review my concerns for over a week, which means I’m losing money in the meantime. This whole situation is becoming a circus, and Booking’s so-called “fraud protection” is not living up to expectations.

The application Is ok but Minus is that not all options available from pc are available on the application.Also it would be great if the communications between the host and the guest to be something like those on what’s up or Viber because at the end every communication after pulse continues on those two applications because it is simple then pulse.
