Dear Etihad You have good options which help us to reach your service faster thank you but the performance of the app is very low example: Trying to book a flight after choosing the flight an error message shows continuously which is lead to go to the website again so what's the use of the app ! I try it many time different destinations different dates
I downloaded the app but cannot login with my guest number nor my email address. I change my password 4 times and still nothing! Fortunately I can login through the website.
This app is a joke. It couldn’t even find my booking while the Etihad website could. Deleted it immediately.
Would like to see return flights which I don’t Is the price return or single isn’t mentioned

Handling clients according to their passport “Nationality”. This company has racists motives. I completely disappointed!
Very convenient in use! And now the flight ! :)
We’ve booked the flight as a family; 2 children of the age of 4 and 7 y.o.). We’ve checked in as soon as we could and what happens?! All 4 members of the family sit all over the plane, not next to each other. So we are forced to pay extra 200€ to be able to sit next to our children. SHAME ON YOU. The paying of these seats went so smooth, it is almost unbelievable we are absolutely unable to book flightmiles or select meals. We’ve spent hours trying and trying and the digital system is simply bugged and not mature enough for these simple things. So dissapointed.
Pretty basic with platinum card I should be able to have economy premium seat without paying like all other airlines .
