It hangs all the time, you can’t get the boarding passes and add them to the digital wallet. It always complains that there is no internet connection but in fact there is and only reinstall is the solution.

App keeps logging me out

I flew with this airline in 2022 I and my husband was so disappointed when we got to Qatar for a lay over the canin crew sprayed the cabin with what looks like a pesticide while passengers are still inside the plane and everyone is instructed not to inhale it like hello? People are inside the plane and asked to hold their breath my husband took a picture of the spray cans and asked for an answer but they can’t give him a good answer to make us feel safe with what was sprayed on us.

I traveled Qatar airways this year to saudi in business class. It was the worst experience i ever had. The staff did favors to their friends and country men and left paying customers with no help. Boarding was chaotic no order or system whatsoever. My bags were damaged during the travel, the agent in saudi will not write a report of let me file a claim. They asked me to file a web form, which did not exist. I have purchased Q points but they will not tell me how to use them for upgrade or extra bags. It is really the worst airline i ever travelled on

The application used to be good, easy and user free but since introducing this otp system it has become a hassel to deal with. Sometimes you have to wait 7 minutes or more just to get the otp. Update: this app just seems to get worst. Very slow and bad and the website no difference Can’t believe this happening to Qatar airways used to be the best app. Such shame

The app is slow. I am still waiting to see my booking details after several minutes. At times it would have me log in to a webportal which defeats the purposes of having an app.

I bought 2 tickets to fly to Colombo Sri Lanka from DFW , Texas on the 1st October 2024.. I am traveling with my mother -in- law who is 87 years old . I got an email from Qatar saying that I have to change our flight on that day( 1st October) and whether I like to accept the change or get a refund. I didn’t want a refund cos I was not getting the full amount paid and hence said I’ll take change. Then we were given a flight that had, 11hrs and 25 mts layover in Doha. When I asked for a different flight with a short layover in Doha cos I couldn’t keep my 87 year old MIL for 11 1/2 hrs in an airport, I was told I have to pay abt $550.00 for both tickets. Why should I pay that much since our flight was changed by Qatar and not me. There are so many other flights that they could given us with a short layover and I feel that this a real ripoff by the airline. For no fault of ours they are asking us to pay a such a big amount. I hope I will never have to use Qatar airlines again and someone will really see my complaint.

It just keeps loading, needs to improve the app so people can book flights in app

I already have an account. When tried to login the app asks to select preferences for OTP. When a preference is selected and hit 'Confirm' it throws an error.

The app is working sometimes and sometimes only. You cant do much things in the APP ! Only display ticket. Very very vvvvvvery slow comparing to the other airlines apps. You have to call them all the times to make a booking ! We are in 2024 and still such services are not available . I wish they review this comments and fix their website !! Manage booking is to view only ! You cant even do anything with it!
