Raivo Authenticator

I lost all my 2FA tokens when the Raivo app was previously updated to introduce a subscription model, and I still haven't managed to regain access to numerous accounts. I've just updated to this latest app version and it contains no fix for all the users whose 2FA tokens just disappeared - they're gone forever, with no apparent attempt made by the Devs to help affected users. They fact that iPhone users lost vital data for their day-to-day lives without warning across an app update should be against Apple's App Store policies! Beware! Do not use this app. You will be sorry, eventually!

All tokens and data wiped after the last update. Used to be open source, sold to Mobime in 2023. Do not recommend, find an alternative. Have you considered Bitwarden Authenticator?

Everything is deleted with the last few updates. No way to contact support for help. It just leads to a 404 page not found. How can I get my access back?

Updated my app and lost ALL OF MY LOGINS. I am now locked out of all my accounts just because of their greed to switch to a subscription model. Incredibly disappointing

Lost access to all my accounts due to app update deleting all my authentication data. It’s especially concerning that they’ve had their rating summary reset to hide their mistake. I’m currently looking for an alternative authenticator app, I suggest you do the same.

New update, delete all existing code and ask for money and seem like delete my last review as well.

The recent update has locked me out of the app. It asks me to enter a recovery password. The app was initially Setup using faceid to unlock with no recovery password option required. I've lost access to several of my accounts now. Worst scenario ever for a security app. Not happy.

Had all my pass keys in Raivo, then bang it updated and I have lost access to all of them now. Genuinely disappointed, I mean they had one job. Even if they want to move to a pay model at least have the grace to not screw over existing user’s. Wouldn’t recommend.
