I lost everything thanks to the latest updates. I tried to contact the team via email for help, but no reply. I’ll never use this app again.

All data is lost
After last update I lost all my 2fa
All are gone!
After years of using this auth, yesterday I noticed that all my codes were gone! And the app asked me to start from the scratch!
Last update caused total data loss
I tried to use the app this morning to retrieve one of my OTP but I had the worst surprise: all my codes were gone for good! After the last update my account and all the data it contained have been erased. Unfortunately I had no backup and I did not use iCloud, therefore the chance of recovery is 0.
Lost all codes after update
I will never trust this app or developers again - luckily I had a previous backup but if I hadn’t then what? Even after updating a second time I still can’t recover any code from the app itself. Zero stars.
Not working properly
For some reason after the last update, nothing is working anymore, all saved password are vanished and I cannot access anything. How is it possible?
unreliable
lost all codes with last update. had to wait for a reset from the provider, stuck for half a day. unacceptable
Terrible
It was awesome, now I lost all my codes without further notice. It’s ruined now.
