App pushed an update locking me out of my account, I had face ID enabled to login and can’t remember the password after the update face ID does not work anymore leaving me unable to login

Ofcourse the first update they add is a premium subscription you greedy people. Way to brick 2fa for a lot of people lmao bunch of rookies

How tf the app was cleared with all data twice within a week? iOS and now macOS. It’s unacceptable 🤬 luckily I had a backup.

Basically ransomware

New owner (Mobime) updated the app and it wiped all my 2FA tokens.. can’t imagin how many lives are ruined by the sheer lack of competence from the developer. There are ways of downgrading the app which might let you recover them. The previous developer also has a responsibility of making sure his former app was in good hands.

Lost all accounts after update

After last update, I lost all my accounts. I had to log back in and restore, but it only restored half of the accounts, and the accounts it restored show incorrect codes..

Bad update

They did a very bad update lately. Lost all my keys. This should never ever happen. Use of Ravio is therefore not recommended.
