Lost all my 2FA
I lost all my 2FA key after the latest update, this is unacceptable. Luckily I have recovery code for my Bitwarden otherwise I will lost access to all my password. Goodbye I have moved to another authenticator app. DO NOT use this!

An apps demoted from excellence to trash.
Use to be the best app but latest upgrade break the havoc. Lost all my tokens. No recommended. Please, switch to other app.
Lost access
Broken after latest update! Avoid at all costs!
Don't Install
New update screwed up my database and now all my 2FAs are completely gone. Even the previous update kept crashing the app, not allowing users to access the app. Don't use this app anymore and choose better alternative.
Lost all data. DO NOT GET
Garbage app. Trash. Useless. After they got bought, all my data got erased and I had to redo all my codes again for each account I had saved. Everything got wiped
Update Lost All Data
A recent update wiped out all of my data. Fortunately I still had the master key and a backup file, but the app couldn’t even load the backup file. The app gives the error “Could not parse JSON”, but I was able to unzip the file on my laptop and the backup JSON is a valid JSON file. Prior to this I used the app for years and loved it. It’s open source and I really do appreciate the work the developers put in to it. However given the recent data loss I’m not sure I can recommend it. If you do use it, make sure to save your master key and take regular backups. Fortunately the back up file is just a zip file with a JSON file in it. You can just pull the secrets from the JSON file to import your keys in to a different app.

Lost all keys after updating app. Sent an emailed but delivery failed. No way to recover keys.
Untrustworthy
You would be foolish to ever use this app. No longer open source. All of my OTP codes were deleted with newest update. AVOID.
