Lost trust
3 days ago I had all my Authenticator codes wiped, luckily I had an older backup of them, but that doesn’t change the fact that they wiped a large portion of their users codes.
Additionally they now made exporting codes and iCloud backup a paid feature, I have left Raivo for another app.
Not trustworthy
The app used to be secure and open source but was since acquired by a company called Mobime. Since then, a recent update deleted all my local codes (for many other users as well). If you chose to backup your codes to iCloud, then that was an option but the company put that behind a subscription paywall. They have since walked back on the paywall after negative feedback. Trust has been lost - which is critical in a security app. Don’t waste your time - use an alternative.
