Version 110.2 was an outrageous content update which purge all your tokens. If you are unlucky like some of us who did not backup the data, to this date, there’s still no way to recover them. Such devastating fiasco should not have happened, let alone the fact that developers seems refuse to address the unrecoverable token issues(check the internet archived github issues/discussions). It simply destroyed my trust for the brand, and i urge other users to take caution as well.

Garbage app. Trash. Useless. After they got bought, all my data got erased and I had to redo all my codes again for each account I had saved. Everything got wiped

A recent update wiped out all of my data. Fortunately I still had the master key and a backup file, but the app couldn’t even load the backup file. The app gives the error “Could not parse JSON”, but I was able to unzip the file on my laptop and the backup JSON is a valid JSON file. Prior to this I used the app for years and loved it. It’s open source and I really do appreciate the work the developers put in to it. However given the recent data loss I’m not sure I can recommend it. If you do use it, make sure to save your master key and take regular backups. Fortunately the back up file is just a zip file with a JSON file in it. You can just pull the secrets from the JSON file to import your keys in to a different app.

I lost all my data. Absolute failure of a product and company.
