Borderline malware

An update deleted all stored OTP tokens with no possibility of retrieval.

Lost all my OTPs

Unacceptable behavior. Looks like an update was pushed that wiped the application data. Plenty of people are now locked out of their accounts.

Unfortunately losing all OTP wasn’t on my list. Do not recommend. ‼️Upd. Don’t be tricked by positive feedback after 1.06.2024. ‼️Upd. Dear developer, may I ask why did you reset your 1.3 rating as of 12.06.2024? ‼️Upd. Dear developer, may I ask why did you reset your 1.8 rating as of 08.07.2024?

You had one job

And yet you managed to fail it. After update there's some additional security hurdles that nobody asked for, but most importantly all my OTPs are gone and I'm locked out of some of my accounts. Thanks for nothing.

Purged all my codes

After a recent update, all my offline codes were purged. The only reason I was not locked out of ALL my accounts forever was having a second phone in plane mode on in m. Imagine if I hadn't... This is unacceptable

Everything works but

So the app is great, backup&restore is a great feature that I just had to use. Today the app started with the onboarding screen and an empty list of OTPs. No idea why, but restore worked flawlessly

One of the best 2FA open source apps

No questions asked. Great app.

PROBLEM with 2FA code

I lost access to my keys ... how can I get my keys back if I have a secret key that I logged in with before?

DO NOT INSTALL

TLDR. Move on to another app and forget this one After the app was sold by the developer, I lost all my OTPs. I didn't (and shouldn't) rely on iCloud, so I had to salvage what accounts I could. The answers from the new owners are delusional and I am disappointed that this problem was only discovered when it hit the end users. Not professional acquisition at all, zero trust
