Was denied and account as not business owners reside in a supported country, but both directors live in the United Kingdom? Makes no sense, and I can’t re apply because there is no way to delete my account. No way of contacting support either.
So I had technical issues but their customer service didn’t helped me because they are paid as probably External Outsourcing where the training is provided as incomplete or weak or poor financed project… The answer to my initial problem with Quickbooks linking error I found it myself… Not their customer support chat … Use a laptop not a Phone or Tablet with their browser…only a Stable Operational system like Windows or OS Macbook… These people..I managed finally to link quickbooks without the general answers from their customer support… Chat GPT could answer better, And by the way I suspect operatives are troubleshooting in chat with Ai results… With no Brain..you can’t figure out what was the matter …it was me who tried everything…thank you !
The only way to talk go a human is apparently through a chat function that is impossible to find in the app.
So far Revolut has been a great service, fast to set up, quick banking facilities. Great service

Despite having multiple accounts for multiple businesses for sometime, the merchant payments still take 30 days to clear. NOTHING been mentioned during signup. And to make it worse, they have the worst support team. IT IS ALL SCAM.
Endless back-and-forth with support for nearly three weeks—feels like I’m stuck in a ‘Revoloop’! They give my name as Luoman. Despite clear evidence, they keep misclassifying me as a student just because my wife is one. Fast responses, yes, but going in circles isn’t helpful. Frustrating and inefficient experience.
Instant rejection no matter whether I have a business which has been set up for 2 years or a new business. They don’t even give new businesses a chance to use their services. Better off opening with an actual bank Business and personal accounts are separate entities. I would give 0 to them if I could
Don’t deal with them especially for business banking… they will waste your time I’ve been trying to log into my Business account and I couldn’t. They blocked my account. I had to send them more than 56 screenshots shots and 24 selfies it took me more than seven weeks to get access to my account and I lost so much money because of that the whole experience with the customer service it makes you wanna throw things and punch in the wall no matter what you say they keep replying that they understand the circumstances and they know how frustrating is and they keep asking you to provide more screenshots. More selfies. this is the worst thing that happened to me as a business customer.
