A Revolutionary Business Banking App
Revolut Business is the epitome of a next-generation banking solution. Its user-friendly interface and robust features have made managing business finances a breeze.
Instant international transactions, real-time analytics, and seamless integrations with other financial tools are just a few of the highlights. Any hiccups are quickly addressed by their responsive customer support team. While there's room for minor improvements, the value and efficiency Revolut Business provides far exceed these.

Shady trial method for Ultimate account and metal card
I’ll try staying factual: when you open an account, you are suggested by Revolute to try the Ultimate account type AND to try the Metal card (that is actually just a debit card as normal plastic but in metal). Then, after figuring that this level was too advanced for my usage, I discovered that I have to pay big fees for the metal card !!
It is not what I am expecting as “trial”, since there are hidden fees in case you downgrade or terminate.
I will personally quit Revolute and go with the competition.
Serious concerns over privacy and data security
Sensitive and private content shared in the Chat with customer service agents is then sent back as a record via email- this is unsecured and Raised this with agents but like most occasions they read off a script and do not address questions they find difficult. You get a standard answer- my shift is now ending I will pass you to someone else…. May be there is some simple solution but It is not obvious to me on the app.
Terrible “support”
I have been asked for documents that been “verified”, and then asked to submit the exactly same document several times now.
Sadly this goes far beyond “bad” now.

It’s really surprising that a digital bank want to have documents Sign by a Notary. This documents that they want can they download from the corporate office. There’s no need to go back to the Stone Age
