I’ve been banking with several banks throughout the years, Revolut comes on top ! Especially compared to Swiss banks .

Revolut Business is one the kind tailored to the needs of the business community.

I’ve been a loyal customer for 3 years, but out of nowhere, Revolut decided to close my account. Despite responding promptly to their repeated inquiries, they still went ahead with the closure. It feels like my account was too small for them, and they chose to ‘optimize’ by cutting me off. To make matters worse, their customer service representatives were rude and unhelpful. They kept pointing to their terms of service, which essentially give Revolut the right to close accounts at their discretion. Very disappointing experience.

This is the worst organization and an equally bad app.

I’ve been a business customer for three years. They make me prove I’m a legit business repeatedly. In this last volley they were unsatisfied with my documentation to the point where I have nothing else to give. I am closing my acccount. I am not sure how I lasted this long.

They charge you for suspended services. When you ask for a partial refund, you get the run around. A bank charging for services they no longer provide can’t be legal, but Revolut has very much a “ask for forgiveness rather than permission” attitude with customers. It’s just that they forget the forgiveness part unless enough people complain. I guess that’s to be expected from a bank!

I am new to Revolut business, always only used it for pocket money transactions. I just started a company and needed to open a bank account quickly. The main Irish banks were going to take weeks, I didn’t have weeks. On advice I went with Revolut and I am very happy. It took one hour on Sunday to set it up. This app based bank really works. I have found it all so user friendly . Transactions and receipts all kept together . The app is intuitive, security is instantly letting me know of any transactions and I am a very happy customer.

All is so good, daily reports, unlike others you know who green logo who actually stole my money and I had to complain to get the basic statements after the green giant blocked my accounts, biz n private, for no reasons!!!! This solved my situation in minutes and provided a refund. There was also an issue with a business service provider some months ago and the whole process of raising and following the issue was outstanding. It’s an outstanding company, convenient, reliable, technology.
