Sehr innovativ

Too many Advertisement Push Notifications

Why can I not turn them off? I don’t want the advertisement stuff. I need the notifications for payment confirmation so I cannot turn them off via system. Shame on you to misuse that system!!!

Simple and useful

I'm new to Revolut, but I found it very user-friendly and helpful. I appreciate the customer service. They tried their best to help me when I need.

Security features out of hand

Some good features but difficult navigation. E.g. it’s hat’s to find your own IBAN, and support chats are hidden in your account info. you can get used to it though. What is worse is that the app keeps locking you out once you move to a new iPhone. An endless charade of e-mail confirmations for simply *switching* to the app is necessary. A single session can easily amount to 20 or 30 email verifications. At least 1 minute must pass between consecutive verification emails. Contacted support and they said there is nothing that can be done about it. 🤷‍♀️
