deepling in email for verification during login doesn't work - i get redirected to the app and it shows error

after an update I can’t get into my account the app keeps showing I need to update and the verify codes doesn’t work too. Do something with it!

Revolut has been reviewing my submitted documents for over 2 months already and my account has been suspended till everything is resolved.

I have companies I like to use as examples for how to do a great or a very bad customer support. After dealing with Revolut Business for more than a year, there is not even a scale for how bad the CS experience is. It's a classic example of a pretty good product until you actually need to solve something with them. Then it turns into a nightmare.

My experience with the Revolution Business and their so-called "Ultimate Program" was nothing short of a trap. What's worse is that the company seemed more interested in upselling me on additional courses and products, rather than genuinely helping me succeed. It was clear that their primary focus was on extracting as much money from me as possible, rather than delivering any real value. The lack of transparency and genuine support was evident throughout the entire experience. It's disheartening to see a company take advantage of people's aspirations and dreams, only to deliver a subpar, cookie-cutter program that offers no real substance. I urge anyone considering the Revolution Business and their Ultimate Program to think twice. Don't fall for their flashy marketing and empty promises. There are much better, more reputable resources out there that genuinely want to help you succeed without resorting to these deceptive tactics. Steer clear of this trap and invest your time and money in something that truly adds value to your life.
