The team behind the app is very unprofessional . They ask for a document they say they will verify it in 3 or 24 hours but they never verify it faster 24 hours, sometimes 36+ hours. The help via chat isn’t helping at all. In the technology era you have to wait more to open an online account than going to a physical bank..i don’t want to think how will they help if I will have a problem during a transfer
Recently i tried to OPEN a business account but they didn t accept my request because they consider my business is not fair enough for them, but they didn t tell me Any reason about that. Totally Unprofessional.

Best e-banking service ever
Strated using the account and eventhough it says it is free (i created my account to test their service) it has a lot of hidden fees that are not communicated. Example: you have to pay 8€/month to have an active role in the account, otherwise you cannot manage it and you cannot remove it as well. Wouldn’t recommend
All the legal documents that I gave and they still refused them
Hi, Revolut Business is available in Romania and app works as expected but it's missing two key features: - you can't pay taxes from your local RON account - romanian language is missing - statements are not available in Romanian, only in English or other supported languages
Took us three weeks to open the business account and thousands of blasphemies…. Better use Wise than wish you were dead trying to open a revolut business account. And after you finally get to open it good luck with adding money or transfering from personal revolut. Unless you chat with them you will never guess how it’s done…. They probably made this app for magicians or seers because they are the only ones who can maybe just maybe figure out this horrible horrible app
