Za pośrednictwem Revolut Business nie jestem w stanie dokonywać płatności do moich odbiorców. Ich system posiada nieaktualne i niewłaściwe kody BIC przez co płatność nie może być zrealizowana. To tragiczna firma. Szczerze odradzam korzystania z ich usług.

The Revolut business app, while user-friendly, currently fails to meet key needs for Polish businesses. Its limitation on company name length is problematic due to the typically long names of Polish companies. Additionally, the inability to include the NIP/Tax Number in invoices is a significant oversight, given its importance in Poland. Addressing these issues would greatly enhance the app's relevance for Polish users, and I would consider reopening my account once these changes are implemented."
Simply horrible, I have my company legally registered, I was in a rush to open business bank account and after almost 30 hours of my activation process when everything seemed to be on a good track, I received information that their final decision is to decline my application for opening bank account, without stating any reasons. They encouraged me to read FAQs which was simply another waste of time. Joke of a company, won’t recommend to anyone. Definitely recommend Wise or Tide instead!
I had extremely bad experience. I have submitted all the required information to open up the account. After almost a week it was still in review with no update. So I contacted the support to ask about the status. They told me first that I need to provide missing information. I asked what was missing, but they couldn’t tell. They said I should check it in my dashboard to see but there was also nothing there. After that they told me to log in online to my account to provide the missing info. But again there was nothing to provide there. I asked if they could specify what and where I should provide. They said they will escalate this to level 2 and will get back to me. They got back to me with a list of informations I could provide still not saying which of them they need(some of it was already provided by me) and not saying how or where to send it. I asked again what is missing. And after couple of hours they got back to me with info that my account cannot be open. They refused to provide a reason. I have asked if I can make a complaint. They have send me a link to the complaint form that I couldn’t open. And when I tried to go back to the chat to ask for a link my account was already blocked and I couldn’t log in to the chat. I didn’t receive such a bad customer service for long.
