Exactly what I was looking for!

I think this is a pretty good little timer. It’s easy to use, and makes a tabata workout pretty seamless. For $5 it’s nice to not have ads or other interruptions. This is also the only workout timer I’ve used. That being said, I don’t plan on looking for a different one.

Clean, simple program. Easy to program.

As a personal trainer and a group exercise instructor I absolutely love this app. I teach 8-15 classes a week and this timer is all that I use. I have all my workouts organized by year and month. I also use this for clients and I have them download it and I send them their work out so they can do it on their own with my instruction and timing. I have been using this app for many years and I absolutely love it.

I really regret updating the app. Now whenever I play music while I use it, it lowers the volume to basically zero on the music. Even before the timer starts and after. It didn’t use to be like this. Previously a perfect app.

I can’t imagine working without this app! I teach group pilates and this helps keep my classes flowing and focused.

I’ve used seconds pro for my high school teams in 3 different sports over the last 8 years. Keeps me on time and moving in the right direction. The voice over alerts kids when, where and what to transition to. I really don’t remember what I did without it.
