I have set up a number of personal timers with ease the set up is easy and the timers can be used for a variety of tasks and exercises. I have recently set up a pomodoro timer for my studies. I have recommended to friends and family… top notch app

Very helpful app for those wanting to follow a program with minimal effort. Rather concentrate on the actual exercises than on admin during your routine.

Very easy to use, with a variety of different timers. Great!

Inconsistent

Great app once you figure out how to set your program up, but inconsistent app behavior unfortunately spoils it. I cannot afford to go into a training session with a timer that does what it feels like doing. What a relief when I decided to train without it.

Love it but needs to integrate with apple watch better. Also would live a function to add reps and not time. But super love it!!

Useful

Very useful app. Some of the inputting of exercises could be easier and more streamlined. Still a good app.
