ServiceNow Mobile Agent app delivers out-of-the-box, mobile-first experiences for the most common service desk agent workflows, making it easy for agents to triage, act on and resolve requests on the go. The app enables service desk agents to promptly manage and resolve end user issues from their mobile devices. Agents use the app’s intuitive interface to accept and update work even without Internet connectivity. The app greatly simplifies work by leveraging native device capabilities for tasks like navigation, barcode scanning, or collecting a signature.​​
The app comes with out-of-the-box workflows for service desk agents in IT, Customer Service, HR, Field Services, Security Ops and IT Asset Management. Organizations can easily configure and extend the workflows to meet their own unique needs. ​​
With Mobile Agent you can:​

Once you can get connected, the app offers great functionality to keep on top of day-to-day tasks and review incidents. It was a challenge to get everything up and working at the beginning and so 4* is my vote

Can’t Login on iPhone

For last 2 months, I have not been able to login to ServiceNow Agent app on my iPhone. I can still login to ServiceNow on my laptop, so I know my username and password are good. I have worked several times with the IT group of the vendor I contract for, but they haven’t been able to help resolve the issue. The app recently had an update that was supposed help with login issues, it still doesn’t work.

Allows me to step away from the laptop and still see incoming tickets and work them from my phone if I have appointments or other things. Works well so far!

I use this app for work on my iPhone.Yetserday I was bumped out to re-auth. The app has an error that’s says Java script needs to be enabled, and kicks me out every time I try to use username/password or SSO. Will change rating when fixed.

SCO and Font Color issues

Working for Xerox, Go to the inventory tab, My Current SCO’s takes forever to load and usually fails out so you have to kill and reopen the app Font color contrast lis difficult to see in dark mode when on the Home Screen I can’t see the grey text to the black background, can we pick the colors for people with color blindness?

It logs me out frequently. I get reminders and push notifications for being logged out. The Settings only allow notifications to be on/off, no ability to disable specific useless notifications. The feedback link asks if if you are enjoying the app, only if you click yes will it take you here, otherwise “Contact your Administrator“.
