ServiceNow Mobile Agent app delivers out-of-the-box, mobile-first experiences for the most common service desk agent workflows, making it easy for agents to triage, act on and resolve requests on the go. The app enables service desk agents to promptly manage and resolve end user issues from their mobile devices. Agents use the app’s intuitive interface to accept and update work even without Internet connectivity. The app greatly simplifies work by leveraging native device capabilities for tasks like navigation, barcode scanning, or collecting a signature.

forces end users to allow being spied
Now it's useless. Service Now wants to FORCE users to allow Service Now to mess with our corporate data for some sort of "analysis" and that CAN'T be rejected in this app. UNINSTALLING IMMEDIATELY Really how can a decision to SPY corporate data is left to end users (support agents) If Service Now wants to WATCH POTENTIALLY SENSITIVE & CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION, don't even come to support agents to VIOLATE NDA agreements. Go with your customer contact who is the correcto channel for such requests This is not a social network I’m not working with my personal data, but with CORPORATE DATA. I just can’t accept spying requests on behalf my company. I’m not allowed to do so.
