No TV app anymore
I liked this better when you could easily navigate on the tv than having to use airplay I dont know why they decided to go this route but it was a miss and too much of hustle to go back and forth on the phone when you could have just used the tv before
Can’t see invoices and no invoices emailed
Great relevant content but I did not receive an invoice when I purchased a subscription. There are also no section in my profile or settings where I can see my purchase history and invoices, a standard for nearly all paid apps
Great value and choice
There are so many different classes to choose from. I mainly use watercolour and drawing classes, but I have also checked out some photography and textile classes. Too many for one lifetime 😂
Worst customer service
I have never been treated more poorly than the customer service at skillshare. One week of back and forth and no resolution. I spoke six people who repeated the same copy pasted answer. There was no thought process. It felt like chatting with robots with no emotion. Honestly, the worst. Not worths your time. Content wise, I think it’s not great either. I think you can learn better by watching YouTube and it’s free.
All in One
If you have a broad interest & love learning then I recommend this app. It’s got everything from photography, cooking, music, drawing, painting, digital learning, crafts & the list goes on. I have had this app for a few years now & totally enjoy having so many choices. The courses are delivered in an easy to understand format, there is a various of different courses for each subject with different teachers, so if you prefer one over the other you have that choice. I can not thank Skillshare enough for this opportunity to learn & will continue to subscribe.

I absolutely love Skill Share, there is literally a course (or several!) for everyone. Forget costly “exclusive” online workshops, just about every creative learning opportunity is here - I have already completed about 10 courses, with another 40 bookmarked for the coming year!

Couldn’t get on never used but they kept taking money. Too hard to get out of business is squed to rob you

Super good value for the price. The only reason I dropped a star is because the subtitles are a bit hinky, and not always correct.
